Waygate Bond Seam Scanner
Adhesives are being increasingly used as a joining technology for automotive body panels including edge and non-edge joints. Similar to other automotive joining processes, adhesive bonding is not a 100% reliable process. The Waygate Bond Seam Scanner was designed to inspect automotive body panels for presence of adhesive, correct adhesive wet out width and to ensure no skips or voids are present.
